Did a gorgeous job on my bathrooms and floors. Branden and Ben know what will look good in your home based on your preferences. Very professional. Had a couple things go wrong during the reno and they were there every step of the way to make sure everything was done properly. 10/10 would recommend.

I've had the opportunity to work with Dustin over the past year and a half. Great to work with--accountable and does what he's says he'll do. If you're looking for a trusted builder/renovator give them a call.

Do Not deal with these people. The worst experience of my life. It has been over a year and I am still waiting to have issues resolved. Substandard quality of Granite, very poor communication (ignored phone calls) etc. I could go on and on. As the other person stated they take your money and then they no longer provide customer service. Thelma Denton

I highly recommend Heartwood Kitchen & Bath. They replaced my bathroom floor quickly and, more importantly, cleanly. My bathroom looks better than it did before the renovations and I could not be happier. Besides offering high quality work, Heartwood Kitchen & Bath also have excellent customer service.

Excellent company for your custom cabinet needs

Ateliers Jacob designed and produced my cabinets for my open concept infill kitchen and dining area. The design experience was very good, with good, knowledgeable designers. The installation also went extremely well. The end product is amazing! I love my kitchen!!

This place was terrible to deal with from start to finish. Sales person was so hard to reach and kept forgetting to get back on quotes. Sold us several products that are useless - like low flow toilets that can barely flush a tissue down. Tubs that don’t have any space at all on the edge - would have been nice to see it in person so you’d know that or build niches in the showers. I asked for a contemporary square finish and saw a small B/w picture. If you know the products you should make customers aware of these things. They also sent one that was all scratched and damaged. Their prices are high and we didn’t get a lot of help when looking for something other than the small selection they have on the floor. If you don’t have months to wait for pricing I’d recommend going somewhere else. Their showroom is dated.

After searching for weeks for the perfect countertop, we found one we absolutely loved at Cabinet & Granite direct. Originally we were looking for quartz, however they had many clearance granite pieces for almost equivalent prices, so we upgraded and couldn't be happier!!! We were beyond impressed with their stone supplier and the massive indoor stone warehouse where we spent hours looking through the hundreds of slabs. It was incredibly nice to be indoors, especially in the dead of winter to take our time to hum and haw over their selection of stones. They offered a sweet home show deal and even worked with us to accommodate our extra requests. We were even able to make a matching table top out of the remaining granite from the countertops! Our designer/rep remained available anytime via text/phone, even after hours for our many many questions. All of the staff has been so helpful through the whole process, we couldn't recommend a better company!!! I've posted a few pics of their office & SMALL cross section of their stones (currently under Renos, for a bigger better display space). If you're looking for a special countertop, you must see their stone warehouse!

As a costumer and sometimes a subcontractor of Global Stone , I know that John Reddy and the other 3 people are not telling the truth. I'm sure it's actually the same guy. I know Kitchen and Bath (Global Stone) almost 8 years and never seen a bad reviews about them, and now 4 bad reviews saying the same lies? I don't buy it. Global Stone Inc. is the same company as Kitchen and Bath renovation (the sign on the store said Kitchen and Bath Renovation by Global Stone). they did few jobs for my costumers, and they always gave more than 100%. I never met any unhappy costumer of them. I don't know who John Reddy is. maybe a competitor, but here in Calgary every body knows that if you pay for a product and didn't receive it, you can call the Alberta government, the BBB, or the court. this guy didn't do non of this, which prove that he is lying. just go to the BBB website and check the rating for Global Stone.
