A nice high end bathroom store. My kids were crazy and the staff was patient. Parking is paid street parking only we had to park a few blocks away.

Delivery dates promised are not even close to when you will receive your order. The guys working here won't help you if you order from them. God help you if you ask for a refund because they don't deliver on their word. Was told my bed would arrive in a week, website said 5-7 day turnaround. Had one of their employees tell me I was insane for believing them when they told me the delivery time and that the website (Kijiji) said 10-14 day turnaround (it said 5-7 when he pulled up the ad, he changed it right after). He also told me the warehouse they use closes at 3pm so he couldn't get me answers. The guy I dealt with originally is decent but the issue is the wait times compared to what they tell you. If I could give it zero stars I would. Avoid this place entirely.

My wife and I approached Nathan about building a custom home and he was great. Their architect designed a floor plan that suited our needs and budget and we went ahead and picked out every single item in our beautiful new home. It was built faster than anticipated and any deficiencies were addressed quickly and without any major headaches. I am still in shock at how easy Alair Homes made my home building experience. Of all the companies we interviewed to custom build our house, Alair stood out. They were courteous, professional and let us have as much time as we needed to make decisions. The attention to detail was phenomenal. If you want a custom built home, you want Alair.

Paul and team handled very well what was a complex gutting and rebuild in a high rise condo. They built custom trollies to wheel materials in and out and respected security protocols and other residents. The job was well communicated, high quality and really was a stress free experience for us even though it was our first time renovation. It was more than a reno though as it was a demolition and interior house build. Their professionalism lead to maintenance work for the building itself! They’ve been back many times, working for the condo association.

Had an great experience with tilertech. They completed our bathroom and kept us in the loop every step of the way, we had a late start but when they started it was absolutely bang on thank you and we look forward to our kitchen in the winter getting done by them as well. 2 thumbs up GREAT JOB GUYS
