Hi; I live in Mosquito Creek co-op on 21-1745 Fell Avenue North Vancouver BC and I have a problem. We co-op members finished paying our mortgage on August 1, 2021, but our Board of Directors refused to lower down our Housing Charges by 35% and continue to this day collecting mortgage from us members despite strong opposition, $411-/month-. This is our / members’ money and decision to make not the Board of Directors' money or decision to make!! January 1, 2023 total: $7,398-/unit – we have 67 units – Grand total: $495,667-. This is NOT RIGHT! Can You help me? I do not want to pay the mortgage which I no longer have and I just want my mortgage money back. A Great Lawyer

When I was wrongfully dismissed last year, I asked Yaeger Law to help me with this matter. I worked with Julianne Yaeger, who I found extremely professional, efficient and kind. I was always given the feeling that my case really mattered, and that I was taken seriously, even though I was not looking for a huge settlement. Emails and phone calls were promptly attended to, and office staff was very friendly. When I was offered a reasonable settlement by my former employer, Julianne encouraged me to accept the offer instead of pushing me to take my case to trial, which I believe a lot of other lawyers would have done, since my case was very clear cut and chances were quite high to win in court. However, due to my personal circumstances at the the time, I preferred to accept the settlement and Julianne understood this. Overall, I would highly recommend Yaeger Law!
