These people took double the agreed fee for a land purchase the day before closing then on the day of closing stopped acting for me for no reason and kept my money and caused me a lot of pain. They have no respect for you or your property or your legal obligations. All they care about is milking you for fees and then leaving you high and dry on the day of closing.
