Not a very good experience! Poor customer service; did not make my home sale and purchase experience stress-free. It felt like I was bothering them with my questions. I was about to change firm when they called me back to look at my concerns. Yet, they were not taken care of and made me feel like all they really wanted is my money. They do not take the time to explain to you what you are signing; everything is "standard documents" and when I have requested copies of my documents they made up excuses to not provide them to me. Please do not use if you are looking for caring customer service and real assistance as all they want is to close your file quick to move on to the next.

If you are dealing with a time sensitive urgent family matter case do not come here, I had a terrible experience where money was their only motive. Use at your own risk, they ignore clients and do what they can to get the most money instead of the fastest solution.
