I was referred to Hillenbrand K by a family friend , David K was my first point of contact, who referred me to the most incompetent person I’ve ever met in my life. Save your self the agony , represent yourself or hire a lawyer that’s doesn’t drink on the job. I was able to prove my innocence no thanks to these monsters. If you do decided to use them, make sure you request everything through email . This way there’s a paper trail to prove overcharges and negligence. Please record everything if you’re dealing with this firm. David will try anything weasel his way out of a problem.

This firm is by far the most disorganized law firm I have ever worked with. I had to follow up every time to get any progress on my file. In one case, I didn't hear back for a week after sending the necessary documents. People there are extremely difficult to get ahold of. Look elsewhere.

I have worked with Rose for over 7 years now. She is a great real estate lawyer that I would recommend to anyone.

My partner and I went to this guy for our mortgage a year ago. When he spoke to us he told us the cost $1200 and nothing else more. We asked for an extra document to be drawn up just stating my partner put down the down payment and that he is paying the bills and mortgage. We asked how much it’d cost extra and he waved his hand and said don’t worry about it - no charge. Well, all was said and done and at the end we got a bill for $400 for this paper he said we wouldn’t be charged for. Spoke to the front desk lady and called multiple times, the guys a snake and super dodgy. Even dressed up to go see him to ask him why he did that, the front desk lady said he’s a busy man and needs to be in court - blablah made up excuses for why he couldn’t see us (this was a 3month long process) Long story short GET IT IN WRITING if he says he won’t charge you. We never got our questions answered. And he never returned our calls or apologized for any confusion. Terrible business practice. We are now 1 year down the road purchasing 2 other homes and tell everyone we know to NEVER use this guy. He has poor business ethics.

Poor service...have to wait 3 weeks for docs to be signed

I would recommend this Law Firm for Real Estate sales, as a seller my transactions went smooth and seamless. Friendly and Personable Staff I would not hesitate to call them if I ever needed the assistance or guidance of a Lawyer in the future.

Service was extremely good. They were helpful and didn't waste my time. I would refer them to all my friends and family!

Neil Kelly was amazing. I brought my two young children in with me to do paper work and he was so nice and patient even though my kids were distracting, didn't bother him one bit and didn't rush me out. he walked me through step by step so I understood everything. he did exactly everything he said he would. anytime I called the office the girls were always so nice and answered everything and clarified anything I didn't understand. amazing amazing amazing people. I'd recommend them to everyone. I'd give this company ten stars if I could. thank you affordable divorce!!!
