I spoke with Mr. Krusell himself with regards to a recent property purchase. His arrogance was impressive and palpable over the phone! After telling me that I was uninformed about needing a water inspection certificate (which I don't in fact need), he then proceeded to tell me that I "had better hope I'm right about that". Incredible! I have not worked with the company, but could only imagine what that would look like after the initial call! Unreal!
