Rocketlawyer is definately a scam... I honestly liked being able to just type up a contract on the fly. But 7 months in of paying monthly they tell me that I have paid more than the amount for an annual subscription in monthly form. So they were going to refund me what i over paid and sign me up for the annual subscription... never got a refund. They charged me $280 bucks instead! Somehow they bypassed the 3 day hold at my bank so it hard posted before i could reject the transaction. I tell them to refund what they charged me... ohh but theres a 7 day hold. And then they cancel my subscription... we will see if i ever get my money back. Lots of people saying its a scam... wish i knew it before I had two jobs waiting on these theives to give me my money back. UPDATE: I indeed was refunded, they actually refunded more than was charged in good faith. So it seems they are at least trying to change their reputation. I will change review from 1 star to 3 simply because it was still very intentionally misleading by the person who charged my account without authorization. NOTE: It was an obviously well thought out and scripted statement I was given after he started defending it.

Save yourself the time and stress - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!! you’ll be wondering what’s going on for months with no word, when you DO have any meetings with Glenda, what is agreed upon won’t get done. Oh and don’t dare to ask her about any of the things she should be following up on, she may threaten you with an increase of $1500. No joke. I have my paper trail to prove it. Truly UNPROFESSIONAL and will increase your bill out of spite. She shouldn’t be practicing law.
