The whole process was a nightmare. After the 5-7 week shipping time passed, we called Bellacor repeatedly looking for a status update and got nothing.... we spent too much time on hold all 3 times we called, only to be told that they didn't know when and if the furniture had shipped. We ultimately canceled the order which was another runaround. I should have researched this company before ordering!

I removed one star since the hours are not ideal. Not open on Sundays and if you get there last minute before it closes on a week day the staff seem rather inconvenienced. Also they are unwilling to price match home Depot since it's not considered local. I'd rather support my local store instead of getting things shipped in for free seems like a pointless policy.

The worst lumber I've ever seen , in my life . I'm a carpender , for 35 years and have never seen such poor lumber ,in my life . The pile of 2×10s I went through today , after beating them apart with a sledge hammer, should be put in the garbage . Why does Irving keep sending garbage to Miramichi ? That stuff would not pass code , so is actually " NOT LEAGLE " as in AGAINST THE LAW . I feel bad for the workers there because they are trying to surve people but have nothing but junk to deal with . Come on Irving !!!! Smartin Up ! The one star I gave is for the staff , because they are very good . Very polite and helpful .I'll go back for stuff inside the store but not for lumber .

Small in size but big in variety of nice and quality decor items. Excellent customer service. Interior decorator on site gives very helpful advice choosing styles and colours.

I had the opportunity to visit the store last Saturday, Line and I were met by Cathy, she was pleasant and knowledgeable, she help us with in finding what we need, great selections in the store. We came back this morning after informing Cathy that we were buying furniture Monday. The service was great and our furniture and accessories were delivered promptly to our house.
