De très beaux meubles, de bonne qualité. Un bémol concernant la communication : parlant pourtant assez bien l'anglais, je n'ai pas compris une expression. La conseillère n'a pas fait d'effort....Dommage !

Went in to buy an item and found the last one which happened to be 30% off. However, when at the cash, the item was scanned and the discounted price was not what came up. The cashier, who was extremely friendly, was shown the sale sticker on the rack. After looking at it closer, the sale end date which was in tiny little letters, stated that the sale was done two days ago. Without hesitation, she honoured the discount. I found what I needed and got the sale price indicated.

Nous avons acheté une thermopompe Ouellet Champagne sensée chauffer jusqu'à -25degrésC et ils nous ont donné une Ouellet Champagne (identique physiquement !) qui chauffe jusqu'à -20seulement. Donc 2 produits sans numéro de produits, sans numéro de série donc indifférentiables et pourtant différents(les télécommandes sont différentes) + pleins d'autres détails prouvant qu'il s'agit d'appareils différents ! Ils vous présente un produit précis au comptoir et vous livre quelque chose de différent! (moins cher pour eux et plus cher pour vous!). La grosse arnaque! Faites attention de ne pas vous faire avoir par ces filous! En plus, ils nous ont pris 2 fois $1700 ! En plus on a pas le droit de parler, Ils s'énervent sur vous le client( et oui le monde à l'envers!) et vous menacent! C'est juste grave! RExel c'est une firme d'escrorcs sans scrupule qui profite de la crédulité des clients! Nous avons perdu de l'argent et énormément de temps à cause d'eux! Je ne recommanderai même pas Rexel à mon pire ennemi!
