Great merch, but pricy.

i was there on Sunday (May 6/2018) to purchase a patio set. ask for assistance at the customer service desk. the girl called someone however, no one came- waited about 45 mins. another woman (customer) who was slightly older then me, walked up to the same patio set i was looking at. then, an older gentleman employer walked over, looked right at me, then walked passed me to go speak to the woman (customer). he scanned the patio set and said to the woman (customer) that there was only one left and it was the floor model. not only did he totally ignore me for what i believe the reason to be is i look "young", the woman didnt once say i was standing there before her. i WILL never go back to this RONA. ive never heard good things about it and i now believe those things are true. and for that woman, way to be teaching your kids about manners.

I purchased a lot of furniture from Design mb and most of it came with issues and needed to be sent back or repaired.The products are prices high but lots of defects which should be checked before delivery .The delivery personnel are very unprofessional looking .The salesmen sell you the items and once there is a issue they don’t deal with it .Im very disappointed in the whole experience.It has been a nightmare .I will never shop there again .

I do lots of indoor herb and microgreen gardening and this is the easiest place to get bulbs and organic fertilizer at a decent price. The lady who co-owns the place with her husband is very nice, but quite chatty so if you're in a rush keep that in mind.
