We had organised the buffalo tour, with a pick up at our hotel with a start time of 12pm. When came the day of the tour we went outside at 11.45 to wait for our pick up however pick up never came. When we called they said they had been here at 11.30, however upon checking our emails and confirmation again there was no indication of an 11.30 pick up time and only had a start time of 12pm. The company kindly arranged another pickup, 10 mins later a taxi picked us up and drove us south on a highway than back for 6 hrs. The driver was lovely however we never recieved the promised snacks and drinks, information on the bison or area and no visit to a community. We were a group of 4 and paid over $500 for the tour and we didn't get what was promised. Overpriced for what was delivered. Could've hired a car and drove the highway for alot cheaper. The star was for the lovely driver we had.

There's a great mix of "made new to look old" and just straight up old, (: You pay the price, for sure, but the quality and uniqueness is awesome and the Wilma is very friendly. Would totally recommend if you want a cast iron deer head that holds toilet paper: amazing!

Very disappointing. They ran out of the item I wanted that was on sale, but as it was on re-order for delivery within the sale period I didn't special order it and they had agreed to hold it for me when it came in. Of course it came in after the sale was over and so they didn't honor the sale price. I realize they have a no rain-check policy, but since this transaction was all supposed to happen in the same week I don't think this applies here.

I found the store to be completely unorganized. Every deal that I needed from the flier was really hard to find or they didn't have, and if they had it was way on the top shelf that was impossible to get at. (You would think they would have their weekly deals in the center isles like every other store!) We walked around the store for about 20 minutes before we were asked if we needed any help, and it was not due to lack of employees. Lots of employees doing nothing, Will not shop there again.

Accent LED Lighting did our family home this Christmas Season. They were truly a wonderful company to use. Very friendly, outstanding customer service and walked us through all our options and went above and beyond answering all our silly questions. Would highly recommend Brad and his company for any fabulous lighting projects.
