Mike has done some of the best work in his field and really enjoy working with a true professional.

The input and guidance we were given provided us with the assistance we needed in choosing the perfect chandelier for our dining room. I can’t say enough for Kim who even came to our home ( respectfully wearing her mask the whole time) and shared her expertise in a very professional manner . She definitely went above and beyond to ensure we had made the right choice and that we would be pleased with our purchase. I have been dealing with Pine Lighting for almost 20 years. Kiersten and Brian are great people to work with and always find something that I love there.

Excellent customer service. Store Manager Debra and her team were extremely helpful both on phone and then with the purchase and exchange of counter stools. Only one glitch was with pickup of stools at their West Kelowna warehouse , due to inventory day and we had to come back another day. Debra handled the situation directly for us and we were compensated with a gift certificate for our troubles.

Very happy with my experience and purchase! The store manager was super accommodating and helpful in getting me the best price for my wicker dining room chairs and in the end she made a sale. I am delighted with how they look in my home. Prices can be high on certain items but they're sales can be affordable and the quality of items is there. I will be back to shop there again. Lotsa stuff.  Lumber prices can vary significantly from the other places in town,  moderately knowledgeable staff. Great tool rental guys.

Craig for tenaciously finding roofers with expertise with tar and gravel condo roofs and Randy, who did a super job from the initial onsite consult explaining the product, right through to a conscientious installation.
