We bought some glowsticks, wands, and glow candles for a camping trip and it was amazing! We set them up around tripping hazards at night and had a magical campsite! The staff were super friendly when purchasing, and had so many more products than you could imagine! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND TOTALLY WORTH IT!! 5 STARS GUYS!

Needed a very specific part for a lighting system in a commercial fridge that I couldn't find at any big box construction supply store. Stopped in and they not only did they have five of them, but it was 1/3 of the price that those same big box stores wanted to charge. Next time I'm just going to go to Albrite first and save me a half a day of driving around.

My husband & I have bought all of our furniture at Chesterfields. We are especially fond of the Vancouver-designed line by Bensen. The quality is exceptional and the designs are all stunning. Now that they are manufactured in Italy they tend to take over 4 months for delivery but we've been generally happy to wait.

I bought a Envelop desk and Embody chair from HM through Gabriel Ross on Feb 16, 2015. I submitted for a warranty repair in Sept 2017 because the desk top was warped, and the chair seat was damaged, and gas cylinder was not functioning properly. I was told on the HM website to take it to Gabriel Ross (dealer) in Victoria. After months of back and forth with GR, I took the chair and desk down to be repaired on Dec 6, 2017. The mat was replaced, but the end result was more pronounced warping on the desk. Dylan replaced the gas cylinder on the chair but the seat was not fixed because the the issue is that of 'customer preference' . Yes, I enjoy feeling the springs coming up through the seat and hitting my behind! Most comfortable! I was told by the Dylan F. @ Gabriel Ross (by phone, he never did meet me face to face) that he'd submit for the wood part of the desk to be replaced from HM. He never got back to me...He never even acknowledged my email to him thanking him for replacing the gas cylinder. Fast forward to Dec 2, 2017. I contacted HM by phone twice, email once, and twitter. The email was ignored, the phone calls I was told that they were 'looking into the matter' and would get back to me. Nothing. Twitter. "We will send this to our team." Nothing. Ask again. "You have to deal with Gabriel Ross. They told us they have been in contact you" No. They have not. Who is lying here? When you spend thousands of dollars on supposedly quality items you expect some follow through. Why promise a 12 year warranty, but not even have the courtesy to speak with your customer to sort out the problem? I may have been a repeat customer. In fact, I had plans to buy more from Gabriel Ross and HM, but after this clusterf**k of an experience, there is no way I would do that at this point. It is beyond frustrating to spend thousands of dollars and be treated so badly.
