Should be E.B. Horse thieves and sons. Prices here are 20 to 30 percent higher then you can buy at the Home Depot a few Blocks away. Unfortunately I had already ordered and paid for my parts before I seen the breakdown on my bill. When I mentioned it to the guy that took my order that a breaker was 20$ more here than Home Depot, he just shrugged. Not getting anymore of my business !!

Great people, great service, great prices.

I've enjoyed shopping at a few other Home Depot locations and they have always been very helpful, courteous, pleasant and respectful, until I visited the Duncan location. I asked the cashier to call a wood cutter for me and she proceeds to tell me that every cut will cost me $1. Even though I have never been charged before in other locations and their website even states "cut to size for free". I mentioned this and she became abrasive and curt. I was being nice, and was only stating what I know. She took it as a personal attach on her authority. So I decided to leave and check out Home Hardware Lumber. I had never shopped there before and I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me a better deal on the same wood and didn't charge me for any cuts. When I got home, I went to Home Depot's website and filled in a feedback form. A few days later, I received a generic email from the "assistant" manager telling me to call him to chat. I informed him that I don't have a phone because I am hearing impaired and that emailing would be the best form of communication. I never got a reply. I guess the manager didn't want to deal with silly "feedback" to he passed it on to his "assistant"...who also didn't care about silly "feedback" either. The interesting thing is, that I didn't even originally request them to contact me. I just wanted head office know about that location's poor service and that they lost a customer and that customer's friends, co-workers and family members. It wasn't a threat. It just makes more sense to endorse a Lumber company that his the cheapest and best service in town. I just wanted to give constructive feedback to that location, so they can use it to better themselves, but they made it worse by showing me how apathetic their management team is in Duncan.

Always good experiences here. Slightly higher prices than a big box hardware store in langford but that's ok because it's easier than driving an hour plus into town.

Remember when you walked into a store and all the Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was packed to the gills with all sorts of things you forgot you needed? Widgets, shoe polish, an impossible stain remover ,that actually worked? WE LOVE OUR HOME HARDWARE STORE at Brooks Landing. It is the best, old fashioned, good service store in Nanaimo...PERIOD! ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS

Prepare to wait and the lady at the wc will be rude and mean to you if you ask after waiting an hour if its going to be much longer

This is a great electrical supplier that offer good prices. They're smaller than the other ones close by but they always seem to have everything in stock, even the odd supplies and tools others don't generally carry. If you're going to rate a company leave a constructive review at least, common people.
