Lighting

Fantastic customer service, great gear, great experience. Will continue to use for all equipment rentals.

Organized, friendly staff, prompted service 👍🏽

We were looking for a new bed and found Kevin to be very knowledgeable of his product. It made our decision to buy from him very easy. We are very happy with our new iron man bed. Thank you for your wonderful service.

The besft lighting store in town. Great selection and technically expert staff. Will bring in non-stock items.

Excellent customer service. The girl knows her stuff.

Incredible store. It is such a breath of fresh air starting the moment you walk in. The products are of the highest quality and of timeless design, so you won't need to replace them every 2-3 years. The staff is extremely helpful and great with follow up on inquired products. Shopping at Theory is an experience, and I definitely recommend it to everybody!

All your lighting needs , great staff , excellent service too.

Awesome service and products

Better than Rona but is that saying much? Staff is generally helpful, when you can find someone who can actually help you. Paint desk can be a pain to deal with if the wrong people are on staff. Overall, still a bit of "When computer says no, employee says no" but a few will still try and help. Limited stock in common items, but they do have some niche items lying around. For example - I've seen them run out of 3" deck screws. More than once. Deck screws folks...anyways. It must be nice to own a business with little competition. I try to order online more and more just because of sub par service.

great service and help

Great service

Great bunch of staff to help you with all your needs

Helped very well

Very limited selection on most everything.

Super friendly staff at this location and willing to work with you towards achieving your project goal at a fair price. Does not have all the stock as larger Rona centers however will order in what you're looking for. Also has a small garden center outside as well as lumber yard
