If you need help, ask for Larry - he is helpful and will point you in the right direction - especially if you are doing some repairs around the house.
Paint Lady is also helpful...but her name is hard to remember.
Small store but filled with the essentials and more.....like odd souvenirs in case you are repairing your bathroom sink and need a souvenir to remember the lovely days spent in Parksville despite the fact that you live here.

Remember when you walked into a store and all the Staff were super helpful and friendly. It was packed to the gills with all sorts of things you forgot you needed? Widgets, shoe polish, an impossible stain remover ,that actually worked? WE LOVE OUR HOME HARDWARE STORE at Brooks Landing. It is the best, old fashioned, good service store in Nanaimo...PERIOD!
