Lighting

Amazing Variety of Stuff and reasonable prices. Must visit when you start Reno

I went to this store with a specific product in mind (which they went into the back & found!) plus I had a list of items I wanted to see. I wish now I had taken a couple photos of my living room so the Sales Assoc knew exactly what I was dealing with. Very helpful & patient !

Very good selection of tile, staff is friendly. Recommend this location if you're looking for unique European tiles or tiles not offered by big stores. However, the owner is extremely arrogant. He's got 4 stores and all he cares about is his operating cost. Plus, goodluck returning un unopened box. They have no return policy. They would do it for builders but not for retail... his excuse:"logistics". Anyways, if you like nice tiles and don't care about customer service, that's your place!

I got my LED panels for my garage, it’s my workshop. Love the coverage they provide no more shadows. Big thanks to the sales gentlemen for talking me into adding few track lights, it was great idea for my counter tops. One panel didn’t work they replaced it without asking questions. I was impressed, thank you. I will be back for my outside step lights in summer again I saw your step light display.

I was looking for a lens/cover for a kitchen light but they didn't have what I needed. However they were very helpful and gave me advise on how and where to proceed.

Great place and knowledgeable staff

Outstanding customer service!!! I bought some track lighting that didn't end up fitting and they gave me a refund no problem. I am a customer for life!

Best place to shop. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Lazy delivery drivers poor quality products for the price

This is ok if you need something easy, but the costumer service is inconsistent and unfortunately usually bad. There are some good people working there but it’s a crapshoot depending who you get.

A big shout out to #parkperformance for the excellent customer service. Carl has done my tonneau cover, roll pan, and INSANE custom exhaust to give my Denali some serious curb appeal. He even got me in last minute! Thank you to the team for making my truck look the way I've always wanted! If you're in the #yeg area, look these guys up - they deserve your business! #supportlocalbusiness

Employees actually know what they are talking about for the most part and can help you make decisions if you need it. Worth the drive.

Great. Larry is the man!
