le service tres tres tres pauvre........................

Très belle endroit... Service correct

I had the opportunity to visit the store last Saturday, Line and I were met by Cathy, she was pleasant and knowledgeable, she help us with in finding what we need, great selections in the store. We came back this morning after informing Cathy that we were buying furniture Monday. The service was great and our furniture and accessories were delivered promptly to our house. Thank you Jean-Pierre Boucher et Line Hachey-Boucher

Fascinating company! Truly innovative products.

One the fewest (and I really mean fewest) lighting stores with the best staff, highly qualified and exemplary treatment of their customer's. If they don't have the item in stock they will order it. Receiving it takes only a couple of days with exception to special order goods. Everyone has helped me for the last 16 years with any problems. Thank You American Lighting of Kingsport, Tennessee.

Good place to shop

Always great service here eith very knowledgeable staff. It's a pleasure to shop at Home Hardware in Newcastle.I am a satisfied customer!

Hideous customer service...always...from their home office. The folks in the Flatiron store are pretty good. But god forbid you ever have to deal with their main office...just utter incompetence from top to bottom. Whoever is currently running this part of the Williams Sonoma Group seriously needs to be replaced.

Went in to buy an item and found the last one which happened to be 30% off. However, when at the cash, the item was scanned and the discounted price was not what came up. The cashier, who was extremely friendly, was shown the sale sticker on the rack. After looking at it closer, the sale end date which was in tiny little letters, stated that the sale was done two days ago. Without hesitation, she honoured the discount. I found what I needed and got the sale price indicated.

De très beaux meubles, de bonne qualité. Un bémol concernant la communication : parlant pourtant assez bien l'anglais, je n'ai pas compris une expression. La conseillère n'a pas fait d'effort....Dommage !

Great selection of live production gear

Never went there and never will...since my 1st language is not english and the dont appreciate french people in there

Very helpful and professional. They had the light my designer chose in stock and retreived it quickly.

Unique furniture, huge variety!
