DONT CALL!!!! Very rude staff called because i had left my keys locked inside my truck ( I own a pool business) I had very limited time to get someone out here and they had said about 45 mins after seeing it would be to long told the call center lady which was not very clear when speaking and slightly rude as well. That i will be searching for a service elsewhere to long and too expensive. After i found a company that quoted me 25 and arrived within the time quoted I was waiting on this company who was very inexpensive and on time when i received a phone call from a Spanish sounding cuban gentleman who was degrading, rude, condescending the list goes on.by the name of Margan hiam basically telling me he was on his way and there when i never agreed to any thing with this company. When i asked a few questions to figure out what company i was speaking with i quickly realized he had the wrong information then going back and forth in text messages decided to call and low and behold there is no getting a hold of management at all no number to call or anything. Would be nice to know who the owner of this soon to be out of business is.

My daughter had broken her key fob for her car and i ordered her two new ones online. When i looked online to see about a lock smith that could program the new fobs Mike was the only one that would give a quote over the phone everybody else wanted to charge me a service fee just to come out and tell me if they could do the job. He came when he told he would be there and got the job done. He was very professional and completed the job to my total satisfaction ...

They provides excellent service, courteous, prompt, professional.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing service!

They are no longer there.

Brent is an outstanding locksmith. He's reliable, trustworthy, and fairly priced.

Dropped my new lock and key off to get re-keyed. Picked it up early the next day! Bob was a great help, thanks!

Can I give 6 stars? I would if I could. Dennis returned my call the next day, saw me that same day, worked an hour and a half on my pick-proof European lock, solved my problem, and charged a ridiculously fair price. A Midwestern guy with a Midwestern work ethic - what a refreshing change from the usual Florida clown posse.
