I too, had a great experience with SOS. They upgraded the locks for both my business, and home residence’s. The staff, I’m glad to say are both friendly & knowledgeable, so they were a great at helping us find the best option to suit our specific needs. We now boast a touchscreen keypad that allows us to nix traditional keys. Makes life so much easier, and their 24hrs services are such a comfort. I recommend them to all my friends.

Randy first went above & beyond helping me with a broken mailbox lock in 2014. Locking myself out of a friend’s house late at night they answered immediately & were on their way within minutes. Needing advice & install on self locking digital deadbolts (wifi compatible!), Randy again in 2018 gave me answers Home Depot could not. I’ve made my neghbors happy recommending them & neither their prices nor their excellent workmanship have changed. Ideal example of why we should all be proud to support small businesses!

I had purchase a safe from Homedepot Stack on Elite and the lock had came damaged during transport I call the company to replace and they were very helpful. The stack on company subbed the work out to replace to Minkel the we very accommodating with the scheduling in time very convenient for me who only has one day a week off they came and fixed the problem and my safe works fine. The went the extra mile Tom fix my safe I will be doing business with this company next I have a problem thanks again. .

I needed my locks changed immediately because I lost my keys. I called Mr. Williams the owner who stated he would come out for 125 dollars. He came and was so unprofessional. He didn’t do the job correctly because I have to struggle with the lock to turn. He used the incorrect screws and didn’t level the lock properly in the door. He got way too comfortable instead of doing his job. He refused to give me a receipt stating he would have charged me more money for a receipt. I wanted to support a black owned business. Please do not waste your time. The job was done incorrectly and wasn’t done professionally. Not to mention he charged the same price as a reputable locksmith who I should have hired in the beginning. He is the worst EVER!!! He doesn’t care about doing quality work. HORRRRRRRRIBLE!!!!! He was more concerned with the way my home looked then completing the work.
