Locksmith

Used this at least 10 times over the last 5 years. Works great. No hassle, no waiting for anyone to help you. Love it.

Steer clear completely from this company. It is highway robbery and horrible service. Called at 3:20 p.m. and was told it would be 25 to 30 minutes with a $20 service call and then $90 for a broken key for a 2010 toyota corolla (just a regular car key) and possibly a little more if there was more to be done. The tech called back and said he was wrapping up the job he was at and he would be out. After an hour, we called and was quoted another 30 minutes. Waited. After 2 hours and 30 minutes and more phone tag, the tech finally arrived. It was over $200 dollars and the tech was rude and has no understanding of customer service. All he did was make a key and remove the broken key from the door. Was not worth the money or the wait. Shop somewhere else. Im filing complaint with the bbb.

Matt was very helpful. He was there when expected & very friendly. Would definitely us this company & request Matt again.

If you need just a key with responder with reprogramming, this is the place to go. If you can drive your car and get here, it's around 100.00 and takes about 30 minutes. All other locksmiths require you to pay an additional service charge to drive to your house, 20-50.00. If you need more involved services such as ignition cylinder or ignition switch replacement I would go to a mechanic who has device to reprogram keys. Honest, straightforward and know their limits. Panera is 2 blocks away so you can enjoy a cup of coffee and cinnamon roll while you wait.

Very simple to use an a lot cheaper than anywhere else, had a key that day an 2 days later a copy was mailed for my truck. Also have fobs which I'm getting next.

Even though they didn't get there as soon as they said, they called to let me know what was going on. They were very professional and helpful. They made sure my family was securely in the house before they left.

Always very helpful

Do not use this service. Unprofessional...Unresponsive and unreliable.

Ron went out of his way to help me during my time of need. I was referred by a friend who said that he is the only one he uses. After seeing his work and his prices, I will be using him for any locksmith work or keys needed. Thank you for your skills.

Called at 7:55am to ask for a non emergency appointment. The guy made me call back at 9am! To make that appointment. If you are only open specific hrs for non emergency appointments you need to relay that in your ad.. it needs to have regular office hrs.. but sure I'll call back an hr later to have my dead mothers house scheduled for a locksmith in 60 minutes.. how hard is it to just make the appointment while you have me on the phone.. don't answer it until after 9am GOOD GRIEF

Very happy with my service. Right on time and got the job done right and fast. Very nice guy. Thank you so much.

Grear service!!!
