I put my key in as it directed and then, as soon as the key was completely inside the slot, the machine would immediately tell me to remove the key. No error message, no "help", just remove the key. Worthless.

Don't use Mile High Locksmith. I locked my keys in my car. They quoted $65 on the phone if it was an easy job. It took the locksmith 15 seconds to open the car door. He charged me $100. This was a rip off! Also, prior to handing me the bill, he wanted me to submit an on the spot Google review.
