Advanced Lock installed a new deadbolt for me. Several weeks later, as the weather changed, the bolt started sticking making it difficult to lock. I called Joe on a weekend and he came out same day and resolved the issue completely. He also adjusted the hinges on the door at no extra charge. The door now shuts easier as well. Thanks!

cheaper material key, one of the keys I got doesn't really fit but the other 2 do. Good price once I received the discount. $7+ for a key made of aluminum is a bit much.

I have some old metal banks in need of keys
They were able to open and make keys
Prices are unbelievably low
Unfortunately for them I will be back

I own a property right here in Dallastown Pa that I had called Mr.Smith about changing the locks on my rental property. He said he could do it later on in the week. I told him that was fine and just to call before he comes out so I
could meet him there to get the job done. Im sorry to say that he never called me back or followed up with me. I had to call another local locksmith to get it done. I think that is very poor customer service for a place that claimes to be in business since 1967.
