Came out and fixed a water damage door. Left with really sloppy work and my screen put back on with 3 inches gap on the bottom. Came back and fixed, but still left with sloppy work. It didn't solve our water problem at the bottom of the door. Left 4 messages and they never returned my call.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR LOCKSMITH!!! They are a call service that refers you to a local locksmith, one who rips people off, and you wonder what was their cut. They appear to be a local locksmith business on Google. Preying on folks when they are vulnerable is horrible. "We can help connect you to a reputable locksmith nearby"... my A$$. YOU BE WORN!!!

Called a commercial rekey and said $19 service fee and $25. They came to site and said the came to site fee is now $30 and the tech quoted $230. Called back to the 817 number didn't pick up. Another number called me and said the lowest was $180. The rekey took few minutes and they didn't even took the lock out to rekey. Will never use their service again! Unprofessional and unreliable!

I own classic cars and bring Ted hard locksmith problems from my old cars. Ted had been able to fix every problem, perfectly! This is the only locksmith I would ever use. Thanks. Dick Shanklin

Took over an hour to get to me. What was supposed to be 15. Overcharged was very rude. I could have unlocked my door easier than he did.
