Was aggressive and very hostile, terrible customer service skills. In a small town I didn’t figure you could/would act like that. WOULD NOT USE THIS SERVICES OF THIS INDIVIDUAL.

I was skeptical at first to see how well this would copy the keys and at first glance they didnt seem exactly the same as the original key, but the 4 copied keys I bought worked perfectly in the door so I am happy with this service!! Will use it again if needed.

I am blown away by the lack of care and response from this company. Last night the alarm on my business went off at 2am. The monitoring service asked if they should dispatch police? I said yes. They said you do not have a permit on file so we cannot dispatch police. I asked what is the point of having an alarm and paying to have it monitored if you cannot dispatch police? They do not care. I called into Allied asking what this is all about? They said the city requires a permit number. I said I have had this service for 1 year and this is the first I am hearing about this. They could care less. I explained I signed a 2 year contract to have an alarm and have it monitored and you do not issue a permit number to the city, knowing they require this? They could care less!!!! Told me to call get a permit from the city and then call them back. Do not understand how a company does business like this. Do not do business with these guys!!! I am updating my response. I have received a call from management and must say they do want what’s best for their customers. An explanation was given to the breakdown in communication and an apology. I must say this is very refreshing and professional and I would do business again with this company based on the time and effort that has been made with me. Thank you again for calling and addressing my concerns.

They didn't care if their work is good or bad .

This business was very professional with getting the key I needed. The man that helped me was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Just had keys made and it took me a while to get them to work I had to round the corners so that they work most of the time. I could see as soon as they where made that they where not an exact match. It was at Lowe's and when I asked them about it they told me to contact the company not them. I didn't like that I think they should handle the situation as they are the ones that had me use the Key machine. And then they can dill with other company Any ways they did work eventually and it was fast. And it really only took me 15 min to fine toon the keys myself.

Responded quickly, and got me into my car in no time! Good and friendly service!
