I recently purchased a replacement vehicle, a 2011 Honda Pilot Touring edition that the seller only provided me with one key. After contacting two Honda dealers and two other locksmiths in my immediate area, I called A2Z Locksmiths and spoke with Zach on phone and set up the purchase of a OEM key fob and the laser key cutting and programing. The customer service was first class and the final price was much, much better than what I was quoted from their competitors. The key fobs for my vehicle are high technology and security. They work flawlessly.

Aaron was excellent and did a wonderful job or replacing my car key !!Thank you

Second time I've used them. Prompt and have in stock what I need when I need it thanks.

The copied key was totally butchered. Good luck getting ahold of customer service for a refund! Just go to homedepot for a better key for much less $. I came here because it was convenient for me. Lesson learned. Update: KeyMe did reach out to me the next day to issue refund.

These guys went above and beyond to help us get out of a bind. Highly recommend them.

In my search for a Locksmith on a Saturday I found/called Houdini's Lock & Security, Chad stated he had a job downtown and would meet me afternoon/early evening, which he did calling me 15 minutes before arrival. I brought Chad a Schlage lock that we lost the key to and he was able to change the cylinder to match our other locks. Not only was I impressed that he took the time to help me on this non emergency issue on a Saturday but he also only charged normal weekday rates, which was much much less than what other companies would have charged, especially weekend rates (I did call other companies checking their pricing). Chad has our and our family's business from now on...We Highly Recommend this company...

Great Work Great prices

I have never been so disrespected in my life the way I was the day I decided to ask these animals to make a key for my Scion TC. I walked into the store and asked how much would it cost to make a key for car, the lady told me the price and I accepted, I gave her the address to where my car was and she told me it would be 1 hour in a 1/2 and the locksmith would call me, so I said that's fine. Well after that time had passed, I call them to ask if the locksmith was on his way and she told me yes, so I rush to where my car was and I wait, and hour passes and I call, the lady tells me the same thing, and to wait. So meanwhile I'm sitting in my van, in 95 degree weather, 7 months pregnant, hungry and no a/c. So after another hour I call back and she tells me the same thing so I sit patiently after another hour, I call back to tell them that it would be better to just call me when they are there and si would come back, but the lady proceeded to tell me the same thing that the guy was on his way and to stop calling them that he would call me in a minute. She would not listen to what I was saying. She then hung the phone up on me, and I called back and she did it again, then a guy started to answer the phone and he told me "the guy will be there when he gets there" that upset me tremendously. So after them hanging up on me after various attempts to understand why they are disrespecting that way. They send me a text telling me that my job had been canceled.. I will never recommend this company to anyone and in my opinion they should boycotted and no one should be subjected to this kind of treatment ever.. the only reason I put a star was because I wouldn't be able to Wright my traumatizing experience with these "people"...

Good prices on key's very honest place. I was over charged big time by a Mobile locksmith to the tune of $275.00 and Astro only charged $95.00 big difference for the same type of key. Highly Recommended!

Great shop. Good price and fast service.

Directions were easy. Key worked perfectly. Great price and I liked the fingerprint option. I have not tried the fingerprint option yet. I would definitely recommend the service.
