Fast and funny! Totally better then using an automated key machine.

Super nice guys. I needed them to make a copy of a housekey, but the first key they made didn't work (they were making a copy of a copy, and it looked right to me). When I came back, they made me three more copies with slight variations each so that one of them would work. Super helpful.

Absolutely horrible service and do not have them come to your home. They will lie and tell you it's $19 to come out and $25 and up from there. The guy came to our home said it would only be $25 if he could Jimmy it open if not it would be more. He jimmied it opened. My husband went out and paid him $141 not knowing what they had already quoted us. He tried to tell me it was $99 to come out. Then when I refused to pay that he told me it was really $40 to come out to the home. I can't even begin to tell you how ridiculous this was and after it was said and done the company could not even give me his name. Their business name is on none of their paperwork. I suggest you do not do this at all but if you cannot help yourself but to be scammed then make sure they put in writing what they're going to charge you ahead of time.

Top locksmith in the area by far when you want a good locksmith you want quality cause it’s your safety at risk. The guy that I spoke to on the phone seemed to know about what I wanted and made sure the tech was aware the tech then called me and completed the work very quickly.

I couldn't recommend Allen Griffiths from A.G. Lock & Key more highly! If you're looking for a professional and trustworthy locksmith in Langley and the Lower Mainland... look no further. Don't just take it from me either, his A+ BBB rating speaks for itself. Thanks again for the great experience.

They do not care about their customers as long as they can sell their product even if they are defective.

Key broke off for atv. Veey quick to fix and make new key

Fun hack: enter your key, select your order and then hit cancel. When it asks you why, reply that it's too expensive (legit complaint at $8 a key). Boom, 50 percent off.

Fair prices considering how fast they responded to my initial call.

The process to make the key was pretty fast, the key itself does sort of work but I have to really put a lot of pressure to turn it. I got the Hi-Performance key so if you're in need to make a copy fast I'd go there but don't expect the best quality/functioning key.

Jeren was extremely friendly and did excellent work installing lock for me. I am very happy with his work.

Terrific experience with Zip Locksmith! I was given a reasonable time frame for when the technician would arrive; and he arrived early! Professional and courteous service. Will DEFINITELY use again.
