Locksmith

I'm writing an updated review as I don't think it's fair or honest that Keymeasked me to remove my original post. They are a horrible company and people should know what they're getting into before working with them.

To simplify our home security, I called our local locksmith company, Maple Ridge Locksmith Service to install a master key system on all doors in the house. My wife and I didn’t want to handle a lot of keys and this system allows us to only have one for the whole house. We couldn’t be happier!

We use Bulger all the time. They are nice guys and they do excellent work.

We moved into a home that was previously secured by Allied. Immediately upon possession of the property, I contacted them to switch our service over. I was told that they would take a message and get back to me regarding cost of establishing service. They did not return this call or the four calls after that. After escalating to the supervisor, I received an email from someone explaining the $99 activation fee and $50 per month service charge. She sent over the contract for me to sign. I had a few questions about the contract, since I have not actually spoken with anyone and they were asking for a three-year commitment. I wanted to be sure I understood all of the terms and what was included. No response. No return emails. No return phone calls. If I can’t even get someone to answer my questions and take my money, how my supposed to trust these people when my alarm goes off?? This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. With all of the do it yourself home security options available on the market (Ring, Nest, Abode, Simplisafe) I would have thought they would have at least tried to compete with customer service. Wrong.

I call and they answer he so nice. He so good. He make me key for my car. Very fast.

Absolutely amazing experience! My husband and I just purchased a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. We had originally called another company but when they showed up they tried to quadruple the price. So we called Bill's and they were able to come out the same day and make all 6 locks the same key. I would recommend them in heartbeat and will definitely use them again!

Broke the key to my 1990 Subaru legacy..my wife called around and found that all the places wanted $200 to make a replacement...so my wife asked some people on a Facebook group about who knows of a good lock smith..Gordon's came up and with great reviews by people. My wife spoke to Mike who informed us that there are a lot of scammers out there. They charge crazy prices for what he changed me $30 bucks to do. Can't thank him enough. I will recommend Gordons to everyone I know 👍👍

There is no locksmith at this location. This is a post office box.

These guys are great! Was stuck in a situation and the friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me right out! I would highly recommend them!

The lock Smith was good at his job. He was real informative on what I needed to do and look for,in order for him to make the key that I needed to replace. It didn't cost me a fortune! He's resonable

First time. Once I learned to use the machine, all went well. The new key works fine. Your machine is convenient but the price is a bit higher than key shops. I will use you again for your convenience.

Easy process, succeeded at copying a key that other machines (e.g. Home Depot) often fail at.
