As a builder in San Diego, building strictly on the beach and I've dealt with all kinds of craftsmen and Joe's firm gave me a price and time frame an got it done when he promised. Very happy with the service! I never had to use locksmith service before and I didn’t know what to expect, but this guys they are professionals, I got the service as fast as possible and by fast I mean the guy was here last than an hour he worked fast and after short time I could drive my car again! Went here a few months ago asking for re-keying of my residential doors and potentially new locks altogether. Apparently this was not lucrative enough for the company as I was told they were busy. Staff took down my name and phone number and stated that they would contact me. Didn't hear a thing, not a single phone call. Hey guys, just a tip, when people come to you for residential services, they are likely concerned with the security in their home. Went with Mr Locksmith Richmond who were outstanding who's motto might as well be "no job too small". Thanks guys for ignoring this small job. Actions (or in your case "no action") speaks louder than words. If you guys don't care or are "too busy" to do small little residential jobs, then stop advertising residential services on your website.

Only people in town that could fix an RV slam latch within an hour. RV place in town was a week out before they could fix a lock. Thanks Andy’s! V and J

My toddler climbed out of his crib this morning and locked himself in his room, I was freaked out and called the nearest locksmith which happened to be dunseath. I didn't get the guys name (sorry but I was worried about my baby) and he came very quickly and got the door open fast and safely. I think the fee was reasonable and he gave me a "good neighbor discount" since we live only a few blocks away. I definitely reccomend this business
