I have been working with Brent, the owner of the shop, for a number of years dealing with various lock updates and repairs. He is such a thoughtful and helpful person who gives the kind of service one expected 20 some year ago. Thank you Brent for your continued support and excellent service with some tricky lock situations.

Its been almost 2 hours and the still haven't show up. Don't waste your time! I would give them negative stars if I could.

I have bought many guns from here. A large safe that they delivered to my house. They unlocked my wife's truck when she lost the keys for it, plus made duplicates. Excellent prices all the way around. Will continue to shop here.

I called this company Ideal Mobile Locksmith at 2:00 PM on 04/15/2018 and informed the owner of this company that I have purchased (7) locks, (4) entry door locks and (3) interior bedroom door locks and he told me the cost and said that he could be at my home by 4:00 pm. I said that was fine and scheduled him to come at 4:00 pm. The owner of this company showed up late at 4:50 pm. After walking this owner of Ideal Mobile Locksmith around to show him the (7) doors he started on our front door by taking the old door lock off. He then got an emergency call from another customer and told the customer that he would have to call them back since he was working on a job and after hanging up with this customer he told me that he was sorry but he was not able to do our job afterall since he did not have enough time. He then put back my existing lock back on my front door and put my new door lock back into the original carton and said goodbye. This company is so unprofessional and the owner of Ideal Mobile Locksmith left myself and my wife stranded and I would not recommend this company to anyone as at all. Do not waste your time calling this company.

Professional, Fast, Inexpensive Don’t be fooled but the rough-looking parking lot or building exterior—these guys are pros. Shane and his coworkers provide excellent customer service and advice that is all too absent these days. We’ve been repeat customers because their prices are lower than the near-by stores without skimping on quality. 5/5 will go back again.

Burkitt's Lock and Key has always been my go to Locksmith. They are incredibly knowledgeable at what they do. They have replaced several locks at my home. A great family run business. I have and will continue to recommend Burkitt's lock and Key.
