I've had miserable experiences going back and forth with Home Depot trying to get a key that actually works on my door, so I was drawn to KeyMe's guarantee that it would work. I was skeptical, but it ABSOLUTELY worked on the first try. There's a bit of an upcharge from Home Depot or similar, but for me, it's worth it for a key that works without a trip out of the way.

First time user. I copied regular key and it doesn't work. I got 2 copies for $13. I left a message and expecting to get a call from their customer service. Not happy.

Baldino's Lock & Key Lorton
7000 Newington Rd #suite g, Lorton, Virginia, 22079, United States
I cannot say about the actual service since I did not hire them, but when I called and told the customer service rep that I was locked out of my house and needed someone to come asap and open the door, she told me that they can schedule to come next Monday...ummm that will be almost a week later!!! I told the sales rep again that I need the door open today and then she said the latest that they can send someone was during the night time (after business hour?) and they will charge -overtime rate. I thanked the sales rep for her help and told her that I will try other places.

I had a very old car key and needed some extra sets made. I tried Home Depot and Lowes but they were unable to help me. Baldino's made the keys within a few minutes and they were a perfect fit. I will recommend them to all of my friends and family.

Easy process to get copies of keys!! Great deal buy 2 get 1 free. Received them quickly in the mail. Have to play with all 3 keys just a tad bit to have them go into the key hole but they do work.

Total Security Locksmith

Lost one of the keys to our 2012 Ford Focus. The dealer cost was over $300. Total Security's cost was $140. The key is identical to the original, even with the Ford logo. I made an appointment and was in and out in 20 minutes. There was no doubt the owner knew what he was doing.

Super easy to use and smooth transaction. Hopefully their security systems are top notch, cause it can save your key using your biometrics so the blueprint of the key to your house is stored on the machine, the cloud, or a server somewhere. Cost around $4.50 for a basic key, the machine offers a few designs for a dollar and some change more also can order a cool design like darth vader, bottle opener, other shapes for delivery. Whole process took about 4-5 min which is awesome. So if you want a fast easy experience and dont need some fancy design, perfect option. They also copy vehicle keys and key fobs.

This kiosk key cutting machine was unable to copy any of the three different brands of keys I needed. It might only copy very common keys like Kwikset and Schlage. This machine is misrepresented as a locksmith.
