Ben came out immediately even though it was a holiday because I was locked out. He not only let me back in but fixes a problem with the lock. Highly recommend!

It was easy and relatively inexpensive -- my one key cost about $6.50. The lady ahead of me said she had trouble understanding the kiosk instructions, but I no problems at all.
The kiosk did not have the right kind of blank for me, so KeyMe had to make it in their shop and mail it to me. It arrived about four days later and worked perfectly.
I would definitely recommend KeyMe services.

Giving them 4 stars, even though none of the 3 keys I had made worked for our door! Their machine is pretty cool and their customer service is amazing. I was upset that none of the keys worked especially because I need another copy very soon and will have to go somewhere else now, but they refunded me within 10 minutes of texting their support line, no wait or questions asked. That’s awesome customer service in my book, but hopefully the machines will work for most people and they won’t need to contact them!

My sweet, beautiful, extremely unfocused daughter locked her grandmother’s car key in her grandmother’s car ignition. Professional Lock and Key is now in my contacts. They were so nice and actually found humor as I explained the ways of my daughter. THEY ARRIVED WITHIN MINS!!!! SO UNHEARD OF THESE DAYS. My daughter only had to wait a few mins before heading off to another disaster JK.
THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Used it one time and the key being made was missing 3 of the teeth and was useless. No option for damaged key either. Total waste of money.
