Locksmith

I have been a customer for more than 20 years and have always been pleased with their service. Everyone is always friendly, professional and efficient. The only tow guy I will ever use. He knows his business. Shows up on time, very polite, and takes good care of what he tows.

July 25, 2018 David came to "add a lock" to the file drawer of my large old desk, as well as make a key for the center drawer. He wisely pointed out that file drawer could be accessed by smaller drawer above it, so two locks would be needed. THEN, he assessed the whole desk, saw that center drawer would lock all drawers IF the top two utility drawers were removed & replaced in the opposite sides. HENCE, that solved all three problems and all that was needed was a key to be made for the center drawer. It was such an encouragenent to work with a knowledgeable, honest, and courteous man!

Had a broken key, walked right in and they fixed it in a matter of SECONDS with a new key. It took me longer to write this review then to get my problem solved. This is what a good business looks like.

I called this number to have a locksmith come and create/program a car key. They gave me a quote over the phone but when the locksmith showed up in his random minivan w/ no sign, he gave me a final price way over the dealer of the car's price. I called this number again and the manager told me she would call back. She never did. He then had his friend call me literally 10 times and try to pretend he was a manager and that price was final (LOL). I ended up talking the random contracted locksmith down in number. After he left, the manager called me back to ask how my experience was (aka figure out what the final price was so she could get her cut).. really. I told her "very bad" and she HUNG UP, lol. The guy told me next time just call me, not this company and I will do for cheaper, haha.

I made two keys and one of them didn't work.

Great idea. Unfortunately the keys didn't work, but I reached out to Keyme and they are correcting the issue.

I've been using Freezes for the past few years now. They are honest and have reasonable prices.
