I had Greg install two electronic deadbolts; one on the front and back doors of my house. He did an excellent job. He even came back right away for a second visit to make some adjustments. I will definitely use him again.

No longer at this location. Probably should take this off the map.

They said they did not have the appropriate tools for my car and it'll end up costing $300 because of my car (2016 bmw 535).

Leo The Locksmith and our trusted security firm. They have done emergency and routine work for us at home, work, and for friends in and around the area. There is no job too big - they do commercial accounts for mega retailers and banks. and... There is no job too small - they do cars, sliding glass doors, keys, and office drawers. They're knowledgeable, local, dependable, and above all are honest. There are many illegal/scammer locksmiths out there. ESI is not one of these. They are a legitimate and trust worth company.

Tried 2 keys two different times for the same key. Both did NOT work. They did refund me my money, but I won't try them again

Talking on the phone was a good experience. But I got a no show, no call. And no answer when I called for eta. :(

What ever it is, they either have it it know exactly what you mean and can get it. Smart folks... 100% satisfied

We moved into a home that was previously secured by Allied. Immediately upon possession of the property, I contacted them to switch our service over. I was told that they would take a message and get back to me regarding cost of establishing service. They did not return this call or the four calls after that. After escalating to the supervisor, I received an email from someone explaining the $99 activation fee and $50 per month service charge. She sent over the contract for me to sign. I had a few questions about the contract, since I have not actually spoken with anyone and they were asking for a three-year commitment. I wanted to be sure I understood all of the terms and what was included. No response. No return emails. No return phone calls. If I can’t even get someone to answer my questions and take my money, how my supposed to trust these people when my alarm goes off?? This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. With all of the do it yourself home security options available on the market (Ring, Nest, Abode, Simplisafe) I would have thought they would have at least tried to compete with customer service. Wrong.

This towing company is heartless! Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. They closed the door in my daughter's face so that she couldn't get her vehicle. They were completely disrespectful. I hope no one ever has to have their vehicle towed to this place.

The lock Smith was good at his job. He was real informative on what I needed to do and look for,in order for him to make the key that I needed to replace. It didn't cost me a fortune! He's resonable

Broke the key to my 1990 Subaru legacy..my wife called around and found that all the places wanted $200 to make a replacement...so my wife asked some people on a Facebook group about who knows of a good lock smith..Gordon's came up and with great reviews by people. My wife spoke to Mike who informed us that there are a lot of scammers out there. They charge crazy prices for what he changed me $30 bucks to do. Can't thank him enough. I will recommend Gordons to everyone I know 👍👍

Locksmith BONNEY LAKE was EXTREMELY helpful when I needed my locks changed. They not only came when they said they did but confirmed ahead of time. Tory changed 4 sets of lock in under an hour and was very helpful in explaining the new system. I appreciated his professionalism and timliness immensely and would absolutely use them again.

Was quick to respond and replaced all the locks on my new house. Price was the best I could find and he was very helpful.
