Bill was very kind and helpful to my two kids and I earlier this week after being hit on 507. I like that they kept my car locked behind their security gate until my insurance company came to get it.

Was one of the auto repair shops still open at the time we stopped and quickly identified the problem and saved us a bunch of money as the solution was a lot simpler than our initial thoughts. Also really friendly mechanics. Would highly recommend.

I tried calling to possibly inquire about services and types of services offered and the options given by the automation system are not clear or effective. Two of the options I chose had the end result of the automated system hanging up on me. It would be nice to speak to an actual person. Customer service is a personal experience and to outsource that or automate it shows the company's only interest is to cut cost and not service clients or customers. I will not be bringing my business or money to this establishment or any other affiliated establishments. Business is personal, do not automate it.
