Stay away from these guys!!! When I called to get re-key of my house after renter left, I was told that the locksmith would be there at noon exactly, due to my busy work schedule, promptness is important. At 1220, I called, person who answered was rude, told me “hang on a sec” without anything introductory or anything. He eventually came back and I started asking where the locksmith was. He started shouting at someone else mid sentence. Apparently after doing some checking requiring me to call back 3 times, my job was cancelled with no explanation. He said he wouldn’t be able to get me in for two more days. I asked if he was able to give me a discount on price due to the big debacle. He simply said no, not explaining and being very flippant.

Able staff are honest and took care of my college dau by insuring that she got the transponder key that worked in her car. Able stood by their word and i would do business with them again. Thx to Clint, Jarrod, Conner, Darla and Adam, et al.

After going through the reviews i chose this company and i am glad i did! Fantastic experience our home was broken into they showed up quicker then the police that i called. Not only fast but very friendly you can tell these guys know what they are doing. In conclusion this was a very terrifying situation but after they secured my house everything was back to normal. Thanks for making me feel safe again!! Will refer to everyone i know.

I have a 2006 Prius with a very beat up key fob. I found a replacement fob online (without the chip) but was really uncomfortable trying to move the chip from one fob to another. These folks were fantastic. So friendly and knowledgeable. They even fixed the mechanical lock on the car (which had gotten stuck). I have a new locksmith--these will be the first folks I call!

Super nice guys. I needed them to make a copy of a housekey, but the first key they made didn't work (they were making a copy of a copy, and it looked right to me). When I came back, they made me three more copies with slight variations each so that one of them would work. Super helpful.

Seatown gave me the best quote out of about 10 locksmiths in the area. I got my key fob programmed and a new key cut. In and out in under 30 minutes!

Went in today to get a simple CH509 key cut. I was refused service because i didn't drive our 68' semi truck and trailer to their shop. For those that dont know , a CH509 is a cam lock key found on tool boxes, tarp boxes. low security boxes. You can order them online if you can wait for shipping. There are millions of these locks and keys out there. Any way I normally go to Eugene lock and safe a couple blocks down from these people but didn't. I was amazed at the treatment I received. Again this is a low security lock. I could have bought a cam lock with the key off of the back shelf behind their counter. SAME KEY! I am not sure how they are still in business. Thank you Eugene Lock and Safe for getting me taken care of. Keep up the good work Heyman's Eugene Lock and Safe appreciates your business. I will never go back to Heymans , Their lack of intellect cause's major concern with security .

I have come here a handful of times for key copies and rekeying locks. Every time service is quick, fairly priced and I have no problems with the keys/locks not working once I get home.

Mike and his team explained everything thoroughly on what options are available so that I could make a good decision, they were very knowledgeable and worked within our budget to provide us with a great security system. Installation was easy and on time.

Debbie was very courteous and pleasant with taking my call! Marty arrived within about 30-40 min! He was very polite, very professional, and I was pleasantly surprised at how fast he was able to open my mother in law’s car!! I saved their number in my phone and will definitely use them again if we need another locksmith! Highly recommend!
