Larsen locksmith is one of the most amazing helpful place. I got locked out of my truck at wellsfargo (keep in mind I’m not a local) I had no money what so ever for a lock Smith, I only had enough for gas to get me home which is about 4-5hour drive. And one of his staff I believe was in the area. He called larsen and he helped me out. Which he was nice enough to help me in this though situation. He was there in a fast time frame and he got my truck unlocked in no time. I didn’t have to wait in the rain. I suggest Larsen over anything next time I’m in the area trying to get my truck unlocked. They are the kind of people who can help you out, like a friendly neighbor. Thank you Larsen for helping me out ❤️ I am headed home now safe and warm in my truck ☺️

This man is a miracle worker! I called every locksmith in northeast Ohio looking for someone that could replace a Volkswagen Gti key, and not one could do it. Not wanting to tow it to the dealership, luckily I found E&A. He came out & worked hours but was having a problem. The next morning I was going to have to tow it to his shop. He wanted to try one more time after calling VW directly. It worked!! To anyone with a European vehicle that only has one key, get a spare! Trust me, it will save you a LOT of headache later. Rarely do I see such professionalism, patience and persistence these days. Thank you so much I will be telling anyone I know looking for a locksmith where to find the best! This is an honest & dependable company.

We purchased an Am/Sec safe from Security Lock two years ago. It was more expensive than some other brands, but it was also better built and they vowed to stand behind their product. We initially experienced an intermittent issue with the electric combo and contacted the owner. He gave us some troubleshooting tips and said he would take care of it. We are a busy family, so we unfortunately put this problem on the backburner and forgot about it. Finally one day I remembered the issue so I stopped by their shop. We discovered it had been two years since we had purchased the safe-oops! And I had not followed up in all that time. I felt bad and expected to be told the warranty period was up, I neglected to act in a timely manner etc. Instead Anthony said he remembered the issue and agreed to fix it. I agreed to pay $45 trip charge but that was fine considering my neglect. In the end I got a brand new combo and everyone was great. These people are honorable and stand by their word!

Matt came out to our company office to talk with us about services that the Flying Locksmiths could help us with, in addition to making replacement keys and fixing basic lock issues. I showed him a lock that had been giving us trouble and his locksmiths handled it immediately. We appreciate the skill and service that we received from their company.

A really nice guy came to my house and installed a lock in less than 10 minutes. Cleaned up and explained everything to me. I will definitely use them again and refer them to all of my friends!
