Love these guys. Genuine experts who are also friendly and helpful. And bringing in my balky deadbolt saved me a $65 fee to fix it on site! I wouldn’t mind paying that fee if I had to, but so glad he mentioned that I could do it this way instead. I find deadbolt installation pretty easy, but locksmithing is beyond me...

Broke key off in my security door. Googled locksmith near. Siles locksmith was the closest locksmith. I believe in support businesses in my neighborhood. Key was out in no time. Prompt service and reasonable price. Thank you!

I had a really bad service with Roy. When I called, they told me they would arrive in 20-25 minutes, but they took almost an hour. They told me it would only cost $15 for call fee and $45 for a house/apt lockout. But when he arrived he looked at my lock and said it would cost more because it was too difficult. He estimated for around $110, but we agreed to $80 instead. When he tried to fix it, he said he couldn't so he would have to break my lock instead. Me having no choice at this point, agreed. However, if I he was just going to break my lock, I don't see why I had to still pay $80. Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. If you guys lock yourself out, just break your lock for free instead.

They deserve 0 Stars. They treated me as if I didn't have any money and could not afford the services. I expected to pay over 3 or 4 hundred dollars for the services that I need it. They quoted me $85, which was chump change compared to my pockets. Then the guy who I assume is the owner sat down and started eating and the lady helping us walked off. I decided to go elsewhere because of their attitude and the way they treated us. Their customer service, attitude, and atmosphere is trash.

I was surprised to see this in a safeway and it turned out to be awesome. I'm glad there is a company out there working to make copying keys super easy.
