Lumber/Millwork

11 months ago When the coronavirus hit and the governor of ohio put the stay at home order in place I asked the plant manager if he would be ok if I took some time off because my wife has bad asthma he told me not a problem just use all your personal time off first. So I did. I checked with him and my department manager and also my supervisor several times to make sure it was ok that I was off and all I was told is that it was ok and they have my back. Next thing I know on 4/13 I was laid off. And then on 6/3. I received a letter saying that my employment with Carter lumber will be terminated on 7/12. Without any reason in the letter why. I had to call the human resource department to find out why and they said my position was eliminated. Huh.. and this is all carried out by men who claim to know and have a relationship with God. Wow. This is what the scriptures mean when it says that my name is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you. Very sad....

Best company EVER!

So clean and organized the staff was great and eager to assist and mr. Vance was very nice at the store

Awesome customer experience!

Great service

Ok. Poorly stocked in my opinion. Not much else out this way. Staff is helpful.

Great place

To long of a wait very slow

They're unacceptably rude, I would strongly advise all to stay away from this place.

Good products and very noligable

Always a great selection of the STRAIGHTEST Lumber, and just as importantly, helpful, knowledgeable staff.
