Lumber/Millwork

A big rock came out of the dual wheel and cracked my windshield.when i called to see if they would pay for it i was told the truck has mud flaps,,Any reputable company whose vehicle shoot's a rock and cracks' a windshield pays for the new one..Not these joker's

Good family operation....

I have being dealing with Classic for the better part of 8 years which has in turn benefited my company greatly. The level of professionalism, quality of materials and timely manner each and every job is delivered has been unparalleled. Reading some of these negative reviews makes me wonder why people are so fast to overlook the business aspect of a company now adays for some glamorized dream that they are always right no matter what. I try and put myself in Karen's shoes each time I am in and listen to some of the crazy requests people ask of her and this company and how she keeps her composure so well. The way she handles even the most ridiculous clients is among the many reasons I will be a lifelong client. They get it here. Thanks for all the great years and look forward to many more.

It's The place where you want your wood done and designed professionally.

Every door I've ordered has been perfect. Top notch place to order doors!

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend.

These are true craftsmen. The ability to take what Mother Nature provides and turn it an item such as a boardroom table is remarkable. #MadeInCanada

These are nice guys specially the loader is very cooperative

Friendly people, expert advice, prompt service, competitive pricing; what's not to like?

Greay service and diverse selection of products have been installing FSM interior millwork products for years and their staff is great and will always try to squeeze what your needing into the schedule as an installer to meet your deadline which is always appreciated

Watch out!!! 25% Restocking fee even if it's something they keep inventory of.. Charged me a $250 Restocking fee on a $1000 dollar order of about 10 doors that was out of the shop less then a day and didn't even move from the pallet it was loaded on... Never in the history of working with any lumber yard had them initiate a restocking fee on anything except a special order, an order that was out of the shop for 30 days, and a large order. You just lost about $100,000 dollars a year in materials orders due to your terrible policy and inability to negotiate. Will take my business somewhere else.....

Good people prices and materials

Definitely more than just a lumber yard - tons of hardware, power tools and much more. Lumber is super cheap and high quality.

The best cabinet company! Fabulous craftsmanship! Love working with them!!

Great stock and knowledge level. The guys there are super helpful, and they offer great wood working courses and seminars.
