Received damaged and defective stair treads. The corners are smashed, the boards are cut uneven, and there is a large deep mark that looks like it got stuck in a gear.
Company will only return/refund purchase price and all shipping both ways is to be at my expense.
Poor quality, and no ownership of their poor craftsmanship.
