Martial Arts

Highly recommend! The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful. The other members are also helpful in your journey whether it's to get in shape or to compete. Overall this is a great place for Jiujitsu training!

My son joined when they first opened; he loved it; the staff and teachers are friendly and work very well with all age groups

Great people and great place. Thank you for letting me drop in for training tonight.

If you want lose wight fast THIS IS THE PLACE. If you want to find out through proving grounds if MMA/Muay Thai is truly your passion THIS IS THE PLACE. If your learning is conducive to a family oriented environment THIS IS THE PLACE. Thank you Zero Dojo for being an awesome attribute to the fighters of today and tomorrow.

I started my son here not for the reason that most ppl probably do but we have been going for 6 months and my son absolutely loves it! He is 7 and all of the instructors are great with the kids. It's amazing how much he has learned and how much stronger he has gotten in just that short period of time. It's very clean and everyone they is very friendly. We love that the gym is not about frills it's about learning, hard work, respect and bettering yourself no matter what age you are and that's way more important. I would definitely recommend this gym for kids and adults check it out!

We started attending 316 BJJ last summer. It has done wonders especially for my 7 year old daughter who is ADHD and was fueled with low self confidence along with low self esteem. Since joining she has exhibited so much growth and confidence that it took me by surprise. I thought it would be good for her, but, I failed to realize just exactly how good. The best gift you can give yourself or you children are the gifts of self defense(should they ever be put in that position) and put them in a program with coaches and students that help them see and pursue their full potential. -Ashley

After taking a women's self defense course I found it to be informative, extremely helpful and what I've learned has stayed with me. I highly recommend the Rowlett Martial Arts Center, the staff is awesome.

Thank you, Mr Allemier Sir! The place is great bring the whole family, young and old alike you are all accepted here. No matter who you are everyone is all treated the same. I recommend everyone's child try it, they will lean to be a outstanding member of this great community and country. They teach much needed real life skills they are not likely to gain anywhere else. Check it out for yourself. Stop in any time and watch from the sideline you will see this great transformation taking place for yourself!

We love it here. My son has a great time learning from the instructors. Respect and integrity is expected. Great environment!

First class was great. Got better from there. We have been here a month and learning a lot.

Sensei Alvey and the students of North Texas Aikido warmly welcomed me on to the mat as a visiting Aikidoka a few years ago. The atmosphere was wonderful and the instruction was excellent. Recommended if you're in the area and interested in learning Aikido!

My son goes this school since 2016 and i highly recommend the grand master is very supportive and passionate about kids teaching. All instructors are great and friendly.

This place is so awesome!!!

I stopped there to ask directions, and I was so impressed with all the people and the wonderful personalities and helpfulness, that I just had to let everyone know!
