Sweet academy with awesome folks. I popped in while visiting the area, no egos. Just old school jiujitsu.

Very inviting, supportive and fun people here. Aikido is very flowing and lots of experimentation is allowed. Lots of laughter. Sensei has solid knowledge in self defense having taught Model Mugging for many years. All in all great fun, classes are tailored to who is there. Old, young, fit or not, casual or intense, show up and join in - nothing will be required of you that you aren't comfortable doing.

Our son has been a student here for 4 years. He just received his black belt and is very proud. We are happy to belong to the Silva Martial Arts family, The instructors are very friendly, knowledgeable and proficient in their art and we believe this is the best thing we have done for our boy.

Two of my children attend this school and we’re very happy with it. The instructor, Jason Pigg, is great with the kids and is a great mix of fun yet firm with them. The prices are amazing too! I’d recommend this school to anyone who is looking to put their child in a martial arts program.

This is a great school! Mr. LeGrow is exceptionally good with kids. All instructors are super nice and yet, really good with their Taekwon-Do moves. My 5 and 6 years girls really enjoy Taekwon-Do classes. They are able to exercise, learn discipline, build confidence, make friends, and practice self-defense techniques at the same time. Both of my girls have recently earned their yellow belts and you can see that passing the exams really boosted their confidence. I visited many Taekwon-Do schools in the Bay Area before, and I am sure that and this one is the best one I can find. I would recommend this school to all my friends and relatives.

Sensei Dan is a great role model. The kids and adults gain not only physical skills, but also confidence, and respect for themselves and others.

Our family has been involved in USAMA for nine years and the experience has been great. The program is built to instill self confidence, discipline, hard work, respect and a strong sense of community. I highly recommend USAMA for people of all ages and all abilities.
