I visited last year, while doing a gym tour of southern California. Students seemed to have a very good grasp of BJJ, as did instructors. Unfortunately, I got the Cobra Kai feel, when I tried to escape someone's guard by grabbing their legs and turning to flip them, a move I have done safely many times as a white Belt. The instructor very aggressively said to me that we they "Didn't do that stuff here" then went into a 10 minute speech, after having everyone sit down to listen, about how he didn't expect to have to tell people these things and that certain moves were dangerous. All respect for protecting his students, but there really should have been a sign posted about the rules of the gym and what to expect.(I was not eye gauging, slamming or hitting anyone. I am always very polite, if not overly so) I have been to many gyms and find most to understand that not everyone knows the ins and outs of jiu jitsu. All in all, I felt a bit bullied and the atmosphere was not as welcoming as other gyms I have been to, based on mat banter, flow and instruction. This gym may suit others, but just didn't seem light-hearted enough for me.

This is a great place to learn wing chun kung fu. Yano is a competent wing chun practitioner who has the extraordinary teaching ability of being able to trick the student into learning complex concepts. There is a positive atmosphere in class, with everyone helping each other, and no egos on display. Class is 2 hours long which gives enough time to actually practice and get feedback on the technique. All in all it's been a pleasure to train there, and I look forward to continuing to expand my understanding of the wing chun system of martial arts.

The Best Work Out EVER My co-worker and I have been going to Master Edwards Class for a good while now and it has giving me confidence, energy, knowledge, and over all physical and mental understanding of what it means to push your body to the limits (literally). I STRONGLY recommend you bring yourself, family and friends to this class. One of the greatest parts is also having flexible schedules to be able to attend this wonderful experience.

Was trained by master Sayed since I was a little kid. It was such a great experience that my younger sisters are also training under them and have a black belt. The gym is very clean and the staff is very professional. I really enjoyed my time here and there is no other gym in the area that is nearly as good. Them not being a major chain really is a good thing because they focus more on their clients and quality of training.

Grand Master Solomon is by far the best Instructor. Highly recommend coming and trying it out!

Where to start... the instructors and staff are very friendly and welcoming. I've gained a wonderful team along with training partners and an extended family. The true essence of this Dojo is exhibited by the dedication, compassion and passion by Donnie and staff during the yearly women's self defense class. The information was invaluable, and remembering just one move, or technique may preserve a life. This is a must class for every female.

Every woman must hate Gor Vartanyan for what he did in Armenia to women. He hit them. You must be one low quality man!!! Unbelievable... If anybody takes their kid to learn karate there Gor will teach them how to hit women nothing more.

US Martial Arts Center is a great place to learn Taekwondo. Master David and the other instructors do well in integrating new students into the classes. Everyone including the students are very patient and supportive as you learn. There is a great sense of community there as well. The school offers very flexible classes at a reasonable cost. You can even try a class before paying for anything to see if you like it. If you are considering taekwondo, USMAC is a must to visit first.

I love diversity in instructors, from young and enthusiastic to the old school experienced. There's a great selection of classes; i attend judo, muay thai, and karate, each with their own uniforms, belt systems, and instructors. This dojo feels like a second home, with fun events every month, attending at least 5+ days a week
