Martial Arts

Good selection of gear. Great service. Knowledgeable, friendly staff and good prices. What more can you ask for?! Thanks for the help guys!

Master Han personally teaches the classes which is very rare to see these days. There is sense of tradition and seriousness at Han's Tae Kwon Do. Students are respectful and disciplined and everyone is having a blast while getting a great workout learning Tae Kwon Do. They also have a female instructor Master Kim who is wonderful. She is just like Master Han. They are both dedicated, highly skilled and caring of their students. I've visited half a dozen martial art school nearby to send my kids and this school really stood out above others. My kids are enrolled at this school and they are loving it

Love the place such nice masters

I trained here for more then 10 years, and loved every minute of it. Master Edward and Michael Fong are two of the most dedicated instructors that I had the chance to train under. They have established a positive and challenging learning environment for students of all ages. Highly recommended!

Bolton Taekwondo Academy - headed by Mater Kim is a great school for all ages. Master Kim has a HUGE amount of patience and shows genuine respect and care for his students. A++

I have been training in Taekwondo for over 10 years & this Taekwondo facility is by far the best in Brampton. Mr. & Mrs. White along with being amazing instructors, are great advocates and role models of integrity and fairness. Whether you're looking to come here for yourself or to enroll your child I garentee you'll be satisfied with what White Lightning has to offer.

Celà a l air bien !

Wonderful school! Professional and caring staff. Clean and fun atmosphere for kids. Our son loves his karate, loves the classes, the friends he's made, the weapons they get to practice with even at 7 years old. They also offer board breaking classes, which are very exciting for the students and parents.

recommend for kids

The school is a seriously authentic one with a positive atmosphere. Master Farah is a former international level taekwondo competitor, who strives in getting the best out of every member of the team, both on and off the mats. No matter what your goal is, expect great attention to each and every student, to develop as a martial artist and a person.

I was looking to start doing martial arts again after an 8-year hiatus, so I went around different clubs, to compare what's the best club for me. I stepped into this club, and was greeted by the head instructor. Pretty rudely, I might add. I asked him a few questions, and his answers were short, as if he was looking to get rid of me as fast as possible. After about 5 minutes of talking to him, he accused me of being from another club, and spying on his club, and told me that if I was serious about training, I would show up at his club on a specific day, and train. Then, without waiting for my response, he just walked away. Of course, I wasn't serious yet about training at his club. I was serious about doing martial arts again, but doing my research about what's the best club for me to train at. After his very rude treatment of me, this is certainly not the club for me.

Best taekwondo school in markham! Original taeknwodo instructor!

Best club!!!

Change your Life

Unprofessional and unqualified teenage "instructor" - my kids spent several months to learn Weapon with a teenage "instructor", however no progress and improvement at all. I kindly asked the "instructor' to let my kids know which area they should work on and perhaps correct their mistake as they may not know. I was so shocked to hear very rude response from this "instructor" - "I don't babysit.. it's not my problem.. why others (she referred to those 14+ years old students) did well not your kid" and then she turned around to blame my kids for her unqualified teaching. The business owner was there listening her insulting my kids so long without stopping her. Before you send your kids to here, please be aware that kids may get frustrated and lost confident as they don't know what they should improve...

Excellent place to train!

Our family has been with the AMA for nearly 8 years. Highly recommend as a place where the whole family can train.
