Now I love muaythai completely which I never thought of, york muay Thai really change my opinion towards martial art, and I feel great doing it! It's not cruel or dangerous at all! And I feel stronger than ever!

I studied martial arts here for about 3 years. Although expensive, it was worth it. In those 3 years not only did I study Wushu and become a better athlete, I made lasting friendships, met amazing people, and learned to see the world in a different way. The skills they taught me were not only jumps, kicks, and punches, but many life skills as well. Performing and competing taught me to be comfortable in front of large crowds. Sifu Alan's tough love and different coaching techniques taught me how to adapt to changes and taught me responsibility. There are many great things to say about this place, it gave my mind and my body a workout at the same time, improved my mental health and my physical health. 5/5 loved it!

This is more than just a gym. As a noobie walking in here was terrifying but coach Claude was there every step of the way. This isnt just joining a gym, but becoming a member of the family. Everyone is welcoming and willing to help. I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone especially if they are interested in BJJ!
