Mold Removal

Did inadequate asbestos testing.. lied about a mold problem in the house, tried to dry my soaking drywall Instead of removing it. Totally unprofessional.

We had a flood at our house in the middle of the night. They were here almost right away. Our house was fixed very quickly. All the staff were very professional. Highly recommend this company.

Worst experience of my life very unprofessional at extremely disappointed in management!!! Was told to f off by one of the employees in my own home!! Extremely unprofessional and walked out in the middle of a renovation!! Do not recommend this company to anyone that would leave anyone stranded in the middle of a renovation!! If anyone has any questions on how unprofessional and inconsiderate this company is there more than welcome to contact me!!😀👍 I've been doing renovations myself for over 25 years and could not believe the unprofessionalism of this company!! I believe this is a company that just rips off insurance companies and takes advantage of the hard-working men and women of this town 😣

I had a roof leak and called Total Restoration. Travis came out and checked it for moisture and sprayed the ceiling so it looked good as new. He is a nice young man and I enjoyed the visit. Highly reccommend Total Restoration.

Have used hydraclean multiple times on my properties due to flood or fire and Mark and his team are great. From first contact, to remediation to renovation, they look afyer everything. Have had bad experiences with Stutters, Belfour and especially Winmar, Hydraclean has never let us down.

I had a sewer backup in my apartment. ServiceMaster had my items moved out and stored immediately, helped me with my insurance, and went above the call of duty helping me. They are fast, careful, trustworthy and pleasant. I will use this company again if need be.
