I happened upon Spin Mortgage while googling 'Lowest Mortgage Rates in Canada'. I found some sites with rate comparisons. However, as I was working my way through the list, I happened upon a Toronto news article about a company who caused a stir on comparison sites by offering rates too low-rates others couldn't beat. I contacted them, got a great deal and had a smooth and transparent experience. Simon, Steve and Jeff were very prompt at responding to questions via email and worked hard to find me the best possible deal. I have another mortgage at a higher rate that I go year to year on. I will definitely be farming it out to them when it is due for renewal!

Excellent service and assistance Dale at Calvert Mortgage has been very helpful and responsive. He has provided very good insights for our loans and worked diligently to keep us up to date on our options regarding rates and fees. Would certainly recommend Calvert for those needing a short term loan that allows flexibility and speed.

I do business with only this bank.. i was denied the full amount of a cheq deposit based on assumptions... i took the same cheq elsewhere.. was given immediate access to my funds... ive been with RBC for over 10 years... unreal

Marvelous. I can’t believe, such low interest loan exists in the world of mortgage. It’s the mortgage broker that has a great number of reliable lenders in Edmonton. My situation was completely different, I couldn’t have managed the down payment but still they offered me a mortgage. Feeling blessed to own a home by paying almost nothing. Highly recommended
