Jody was excellent! She had more answers for me than my local bank and has better mortgage loan interest rates too! She started my application right away and communicated everything to me. Super efficient, dedicated and capable!

Bad service. Never answer the phone. And when answering the call, they forward you to a voice mail and no one returns your call.

The seller was insisting that I complete my home purchase in less than 2 months. My realtor Scott Gerni recommended that I contact Courtney. I contacted Courtney and she facilitated the underwriter approval in 2 days! I closed on the home purchase in 1 1/2 months. Typical New York State home purchase completion can take up to 3 months. This was well received by the seller and I was able to purchase a very nice townhouse. Regarding all the necessary home purchase details, Courtney had it all covered and was very easy to work with. If anyone wants to complete a home purchase in a very timely manner in a user friendly process I would highly recommend to contact Courtney

Love this company! We went through the Lancaster office and they were amazing! Had gone through an online company on prior home and dealt with a mortgage guy in another state - it was terrible! We had to call and chase the guy constantly. Dealing with a local company was way better. They were faster and easier to deal with. They were understanding and were very helpful. Every time our file went to a different stage of the process we got an email as well - updating us as to where we stood. I highly recommend HUNT mortgage and HUNT realty as well.
