Amazing experience with phenomenal staff! We wouldn't be in our dream home today if it wasn't for Aroi. So happy to have found them.

M&T Bank has horrible customer service and they stole money from my account. They improperly executed a levy not meant for my company that contained an invalid address, the wrong name, and wrong EIN. They refused to return my funds and I am now suing them. In my opinion, they are thieves. 6-1-11 Update: M&T paid $2300.00 to settle the small claims action I had against them. It would have been better if they paid the whole amount back. Negotiating with them to fix an error they made was definitely not customer friendly. As I told Barb Petruso in their legal department, I wouldn’t do business with M&T again even if they were the last bank in the country. I would rather use my mattress.

Great service and great rates. Marco Puopolo knew what he was talking about and made it simple to understand. I will be spreading the word and using them for all my mortgage needs.

Need a accessible atm machine for after hours. e.g. weekends

BE AWARE!! This place is terrible. The broker (Sean) was unethical in his dealings. He threatened and tried to coerce me to sign a poor value mortgage with them. Told me if I don’t sign their contract they would “send out a letter to agents in town” that I was “ineligible for financing”. Said it was the best offer I could get. I clued into their bluff and ended up going with a trustworthy bank and had a great experience elsewhere. Be aware of these crooks. It wasn't just the particular broker I worked with, it was his bosses, too. From the way Sean got on, it sounded like this was a familiar tactic for them that was likely used on other customers as well. Rotten to the core.

We had a wonderful experience with Shoreline during a recent sale and purchase of our old/new home. Marc is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and took all uncertainty out of the process.
