Absolutely terrible to many problems to even try to list. My chief complaint would be that many things brought up and discussed would come up later and he would act completely surprised like it had never been discussed before. The big problem is that I was told okay your pre approved, I went out found a home put in an offer to be told that I was never pre approved I just had a rate hold, a term that had NEVER been mentioned before. All in all an awful experience and I would like to give a negative if I could.
