Mortgage

Excellent!

Excellent staff that really cares about their customers. If you're looking for a bank that cares look no further than the RBC branch in Gravenhurst.

Very helpful

The counter staff are professional and courteous. As far as their Mortgage "Specialists", run away. I was warned of Elise's inexperience and lack of professionalism, regrettably, I did not heed those warnings. When my concerns were escalated, the Branch Manager agreed they had made large errors and stated they would rectify the issues. Going on six months and no resolution has been provided.... Thanks RBC for standing behind your word and your clients.

Great!! Helped us get our cottage.

i had a mortgage where no bank could help me i was going to loose my house. if it was not for Anita and her team. i would not have my house today that my mother passed on to me. THANKS AGAIN ANITA YOU ROCK !!!

This is a busy place, but every time I’ve been, the staff cares. They are happy to help and go above and beyond. The branch is clean, and well designed to allow for the high traffic that comes through here.

Our experience of this mortgage broker is only 2 star for the following reasons. 1. The individual managing our portfolio does not follow up on communication as per the agreed upon timeline. 2. No personalisation of services. Too many miscommunications. 3. Does not take the time to help educated new clients on how mortgages work. 4. When late to follow up, has excuses on why he was unable to manage our expectations in a rather predictive way. I do not like leaving a poor star ratings, but this is left critically in hopes that this business can improve upon these four points and in the future receive better performance reviews. We ended up going having to reach out to our family and friends for recommendations on finding a different broker. I hope this review helps people in the future.

I've been working with Northwood Mortgage for almost 10 years. They are an extremely hard working, courteous group of professionals that really care about the financial well-being of their clients. Outside of just offering great rates, they really work with their customers to find the right financial solution for any given situation. Forget the banks....give Northwood a try, you won't regret it!

Cathlyn is extremely professional, alot of knowledge, and always be patient on her clients. She is one of the best Mortgage Specialist which I will recommend her to my clients.
